The glory days of Maryland football is our topic this week and we have Stan Gelbaugh as our guest. Stan is one of the best quarterbacks in Maryland football history, sitting behind Boomer Esiason and Frank Reich before he got his chance to start in 1985. He went to Cumberland Valley High School (Mechanicsburg, PA) and came to Maryland in 1981. This is the 40th anniversary of that season and Stan discusses the last great stretch of Maryland football. Maryland was really good in the mid-1970s through the mid-1980s. Sit back and enjoy this interview with Stan as he relives his career and the 1985 Maryland football season.
