When you think of the SMU Mustang football team in the early 1980s, guys like Eric Dickerson and Craig James come to mind. Our guest this week played at SMU (quarterback) from 1977-1980. His name is Mike Ford and as far as we are concerned, he put SMU football back on the map. In 1978, his sophomore season at SMU, he led the nation in total offense and passing yards.
