Talking College Football History: Jimmy Burrow

There is no place like Nebraska and our guest this week is a former Cornhusker. Jimmy Burrow joins us on the podcast to talk about his years at Nebraska (1974/1975). I am sure you know his son, former Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow, but did you remember Jimmy's career at Nebraska or in the CFL? He talks about his career and it doesn't take long to realize that the Burrow family has athletic genes that go back several generations. Jimmy made a great goal-line tackle against Florida in the 1974 Sugar Bowl that propelled the Cornhuskers to a come-from-behind victory. We were fortunate to be able to interview Jimmy and also to have him discuss his career at Nebraska and beyond.
