We celebrate those great Michigan teams in the early 1970s this week. Our guest is Chuck Heater, running back (1972-1974). Those teams went 30-2-1 in those years and never appeared in a bowl game. Chuck talks about being all-everything out of Tiffin, Ohio and making his way to Michigan. He played three sports his freshman year at Michigan, then went on to rush for 1,995 career yards during three of the greatest years in Michigan football history. To cap it off, Chuck has been coaching college football starting in 1976 and finished up as defensive coordinator at Colorado State University. Enjoy this look back almost 50 years ago and how that time compares with today's game.
