Brad Benson joins me on the podcast this week. Brad played at PSU from 1973-1976 and Joe Paterno did not necessarily want him. He was a member of the offensive line during these years alongside some other great Penn State players. Brad is drafted in the 8th round of the 1977 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. He migrates his way to the New York Giants and when Bill Parcells becomes the Head Coach in 1983, Brad learns to play the left tackle position. He excelled in the last part of his NFL career and ended up a Super Bowl winner.
