Mike Curcio joins us this week and is our first Temple Owl. Mike played at Temple from 1975-1979 under the Wayne Hardin regime. These were not your typical Temple teams as Wayne Hardin is the winningest coach in Temple football history. Mike's teams went 32-21-2 during his tenure topping off his senior season (1979) with a win in the Garden State Bowl over Cal 28-17. Temple went 10-2 in 1979 and was ranked #17 in the final AP poll. Mike was drafted in the 8th round of the 1980 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles. He played with the Eagles from 1980-1982. Mike shares some great stories about his career at Temple in the late 1970s.
