We continue our tribute to that great 1977 college football season by looking at all of the undefeated or 1-loss teams after the regular season ended. Our guest this week is Pete Inge who played for San Diego State. People forget that SDSU was one of those 1-loss teams due in fact that they did not appear in a bowl game. In fact, there were on 13 bowl games in 1977 and many credible teams were overlooked. Pete was also one of the best walk-on players in the history of the game. Pete discusses that magical 1977 season and also his trials and tribulations as a major college walk-on in the late 1970s.
