We feature the great Wyoming football team of 1967 this week. This team went 10-0 in the regular season and earned a Sugar Bowl bid to face LSU. Jay Shapiro, the starting center on that great Wyoming team, is our guest this week. Jay was a multi-year starter and was named to the Sports Illustrated All-Bowl team as the only Center nominated after the bowl season. Jay discusses his career at Wyoming and that great 1967 season under coach Lloyd Eaton. Wyoming was the only undefeated team in the regular season in 1967 and this was their only New Year's Day bowl appearance in history.
