We take a look back at the Pitt football glory years of the late 1970s through the early 1980s with our guest this week, Steve Fedell. Steve played linebacker for the Panthers from 1977-1980 in which Pitt was in contention for the national championship in 3 of those years (1977, 1979 and 1980). Twelve Pitt players were drafted in the 1981 NFL Draft, but Steve wasn't one of them. He signed with the Steelers as a free agent and played 2 seasons before injuries ended his career.
