We are privileged this week to have Milt Plum, who Rex Naylor considers Penn State's most underrated quarterback in the history of the program. Milt played at Penn State from 1954-1956. He played with Lenny Moore at Penn State and with Jim Brown when he was with the Cleveland Browns. Milt held the single season pass efficiency rating in the NFL for almost 30 years before Joe Montana broke it in 1989. Listen to Milt talk about playing for legendary coaches Rip Engle, Joe Paterno along with Paul Brown. Enjoy this interview with a Penn State and NFL great quarterback.
