When you talk about the history of Penn State tight ends, 3 people come to mind as the best. They are Ted Kwalick, Mickey Shuler and Kyle Brady, who happens to be our guest this week. Kyle played his high school football at Cedar Cliff High School in the Harrisburg, PA area and migrated 90 miles north to Penn State, although he had serious considerations in heading south to Miami (Fla.). Kyle was part of that great Penn State team in 1994 that went 12-0 and was arguably the best offensive team in college football history to that point and should have been crowned national champions. Kyle was a 1st round draft pick in the 1995 NFL Draft by the New York Jets (9th overall). Typical of Jets fans, they were not happy with the pick. He survived a couple years of the Rich Kotite regime until Bill Parcells arrived. He played 13 years in the NFL (1995-2007) and missed very few games. Enjoy this interview with one of Penn State's best tight ends in the school's history, Kyle Brady.
