Talking Penn State Football History: Bob Parsons

This week we pay tribute to Bob Parsons, Penn State TE/Punter, who passed away on July 8, 2022.  Bob played at Penn State from 1969-1971.  He started out as a quarterback, but after John Hufnagel gained the starting job in 1970, Bob was moved to tight end.  He also carried out the punting duties.  Bob had a great game in the 1972 Cotton Bowl against Texas which was a Penn State 30-6 victory.  He was drafted in the 5th round of the 1972 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears and had a stellar career with them, mostly as a punter.  Joining us are teammates John Skorupan, Tom Donchez and John Ebersole to talk about Bob as a teammate, friend and leader.
