Craig Rutherford is a veteran motorsports personality active in print, radio and tv media since 1986. Before joining the staff of PENNSPORTS.LIVE. Rutherford penned opinion columns in two Mifflin County, PA newspapers and hosted a local racing show on radio. While on staff at Port Royal Speedway, Rutherford became track announcer, Public Relations- Marketing Director from 1990- 2010. Rutherford worked at Bedford and Selinsgrove Speedway’s serving as track announcer and promoter receiving several honors; the Juniata County Agricultural Society/Port Royal Speedway Leadership Award and Auto Racing Club of Hagerstown Maryland, Butch Renninger Memorial Award for promoting auto racing. He was also honored by the former Keystone Race Chasers Fan Club. Rutherford is currently serving as announcer/PR Director at Clinton County Motor Speedway near Lock Haven, PA. Rutherford resides in Lewistown, PA.
